Over the top but true. I like to say your card is like a mini billboard. If it stands apart from the others you’re going to be remembered.

Yep, without a distinct business card, in the face-to-face world, with all the noise and prospects being bombarded with messages, it’s tough getting past the “know” part.

That guy makes me laugh… At first he’s slightly abrasive, but it pays off at the end when that abrasiveness comes off more as confidence bordering on cockiness. Nice. Be bold and be noticed…
Steven,
Thanks for popping in and sharing…
Be bold and be noticed…
Yes, that’s a great approach in getting your prospects to KNOW… and remember… you.

I think this hits the point right on the head, but as creative as one decides to get, it’s probably important to ensure that you keep your business card wallet sized. If they can’t keep it in the wallet, chances are they will toss it regardless of if they like you or not. Definitely a funny video though.

“Life is not about being liked. It’s about being effective.”
Some great lines in this video, but every time the music starts, I lose it… and I’ve watched this video hundreds of times.
I definitely agree!
“Life is not about being liked. It’s about being effective.” Thus, the quality of your business card would give them a very good impression.
He’s right…I’ve been handed hundreds of business cards in my life, and very few stand out. The ones that do help me remember the companies that they stood for.
